"Our mission is to create a safe space for artists and audiences to connect on themes related to freedom. The Definitive Soapbox presents: "Freedom Is A Voice," a spoken word performance will feature local poets, musicians and dancers in a showcase that encourages artistic expression as well as exposes local artists to new audiences. This showcase will allow existing supporters of TDSB an opportunity to experience their favorite and new artists on a different level, in a manner that pushes the artists to strive toward their full potential. This showcase will also serve to raise funds for suture TDSB events that will allow us to share our gifts and more importantly spread the gospel of Jesus."
